Adelaide Zoo "Meet the Primates"

Assist the keepers in preparing their morning meals, daily treats and enrichment activities. You will learn about some of these critically endangered species from our friendly keepers. Your experience may include Sumatran Orangutans, Siamangs, White-cheeked Gibbons, and Mandrills to name a few.

DURATION: 60 minutes
OPERATES: Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday (excluding Christmas Day)
DEPARTS: 8.45am - Adelaide Zoo Gate 3, Plane Tree Drive, Botanic Park, Adelaide
RETURNS: 9.45am

HIGHLIGHTS & INCLUSIONS: - Entry into the Adelaide Zoo
- Exclusive behind the scenes tour with a small group of 1-6 people
- Assist the Keeper in providing the daily treats and enrichment activities
- Assist releasing the apes from their night quarters
- Learn about some of the critically endangered species and how you can assist in conservation programs

NOTE: A minimum of 48 hours is required for confirmation, if there are no bookings for the tour to operate. All products are on request at time of booking, subject to availability. Minimum child age is 6 years, and children between 6 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult.
